You may have some specific requirement for your Cabin, Studio or Granny Flat and we are more than happy to work through your ideas with you to prepare a solution for your exact needs

Choose from one of Town and Country Australia large range of Granny Flat, Cabin or Transportable designs. Alternatively, custom design your own layout to suit your requirements.  We can prepare you an itemised quotation and create a design that reflects your lifestyle. All plans can be varied to meet your individual preferences for window positions, room sizes & finishing touches.

If you are happy with Town and Country Australia design & quotation, we offer an obligation free site inspection where we come to check & measure the site for you new Granny Flat or Cabin.

At this stage, Town and Country Australia have prepared you a quote, checked the site, and if you are ready to proceed, the deposit is required. This enables us to then begin the Permit Process and Building Contracts to be signed.

Once the Building Permit has been issued, the construction of your Granny Flat, Modular Home, Cabin or Unit is underway in the manufacturing factory.  Prior to the Construction on site, your Project Manager will be in contact with you to update on the Progress of your Unit.  You can sit back, relax and watch your Town and Country Australia cabin come together.

We have a unique modular panelized system, which results in a faster onsite construction time. This limits the interruption to your property and lifestyle.

We are not happy until you are happy. On Completion of the Construction of your Town and Country cabin, your Project Manager will arrange a time to walk you through your new Building.
